LEAGUE DIRECTOR: Michigan Youth Flag Football (MYFF) is a youth sports organization focused on teaching kids the fundamentals of football through our NFL flag affiliation. Our premier leagues serve communities by offering flag football to over 12,000 children, 4 years old to 14 years old. We are seeking detail oriented, highly organized, and exceptionally friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team of directors. You will participate in overseeing one of our upcoming flag football leagues during the season to ensure the quality of our program.

Rate of Pay: $20 per hour

LIVINGSTON COUNTY: Brighton, Howell

MACOMB COUNTY: Macomb Township, Romeo, Utica, Warren

OAKLAND COUNTY: Clarkston, Farmington, Huron Valley, Lake Orion, Rochester, South Lyon, Northville, Rochester

WASHTENAW COUNTY: Saline

WAYNE COUNTY: Canton, Dearborn, Livonia, Woodhaven

League Date(s): Saturday, April 23rd or Sunday, April 24th, 2016 through Saturday, June 25th or Sunday, June 26th, 2016.
Minimal evening and weekday hours may be required.

Time Requirements: Saturday (9am – 3pm) or Sunday (11am – 6pm) Positions Available (Most leagues operate on Sundays)

Qualifications/Skills: Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing. Must have the ability to multi-task and deal with numerous personalities. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must have reliable transportation to the game field. Must have access to the internet, email, and a working smart phone.

Responsibilities: -Shall assist with the overseeing of the league
-Will assist in teaching the kids the fundamentals of football through our NFL Flag affiliation
-Shall create strong support for coaches
-Will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the game fields
-Shall meet & greet customers
-Shall set up league booth
-Will sell merchandise
-Will oversee and handle game situations/conflicts
-Implementing and knowing all rules of the game
-Shall oversee the officials and coaches
-Shall clean up the fields and surrounding areas
-Shall communicate weekly with Territory Manager
-Will pick up & distribute all appropriate materials
-Will make sure all kids and coaches are having a great time
-Occasional visits to corporate headquarters
