Michigan Youth Flag Football is the largest NFL FLAG affiliate program in the country! Starting in 2006, MYFF has expanded from two leagues to over 20 throughout the metro Detroit area. In our ambition for national dominance, we created a sister company called National Flag Football. Over the past few years, we have grown this company into a powerhouse of it's own with leagues launched in four states including Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado, and Florida. We now play host to over 35,000 participants annually. Due to this explosive growth, we are looking for fun, enthusiastic, detailed, customer service oriented, self starters who would like to join our team as we continue to spread the love and passion of this game throughout the country!

Territory Manager: This position runs the show. You will start overseeing a territory that includes 5 - 6 leagues. Your responsibility will be to grow your leagues while ensuring a fabulous experience for all involved. You will be responsible for implementing a marketing plan, overseeing on-site staff, forming teams, recruiting coaches, creating schedules, addressing customer concerns, and participating in wacky events such as our rock, paper, scissor tournaments and kickball leagues. If you are successful in this position, promotional opportunities could be available in as little as a year. 

Rate of Pay:
$25,000 salary + commission and/or bonus. Starting pay with the ability to increase your income quickly. In addition, flexible spending, IRA opportunities, once in a lifetime experiences such as participating in events at Ford Field and Michigan Stadium to name a few. 

Hours: 40 hours.

Location: You will work out of our corporate office located at 2055 Franklin Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI. 48302.

Start Date: Immediately. We need to begin training as soon as possible.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Night and weekend hours at certain times during the year.
General knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and general computer functions.
Sports Management, Marketing, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Social Media backgrounds preferred.
